COCONUT OIL (It’s the #1 Miracle agent)
I haven't used body lotion for 2 years just the oil for skin and hair! After bathing, rub it thoroughly all over your body and your skin will thank you. The oil is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Plus, it can be used it for baking and cooking
I like to peel it! Yes, you read that correctly - PEEL IT!
In fact, if you have cooked coffee do not throw away the coffee grounds take it when showering as a scrub. Simply mix with shower gel and peel the legs, chest area ...it stimulates blood circulation as it contains caffeine. Simply apply once a week and the skin appears velvety soft.
This is great for your evening routine. Just before going to sleep you can apply with a cotton swab on eyebrows and eyelashes. It cares for the eyelashes and eyebrows making them shine voluminous. Just make sure that it is cold pressed castor oil.
